It works well for families, corporate teams, or any group that find themselves in conflict. Each session provides space for individuals to listen and understand each other's experiences without interruption or judgment, as the practitioner holds the space for all perspectives to emerge.

You can expect to explore your subconscious thoughts, get reconnected with your internal world, and get a broader understanding of yourself and unconscious patterns. You can also expect the ability to become aware of the root of your wounds and in time heal at the root of those experiences. As you move through sessions you may sense the ability to access more internal space, peace and joy. This internal space may allow you to be more present with yourself, family and friends.
I am nervous. What do I need to know?
Some people feel nervous before our first altered state session or are nervous at the thought of hypnosis. You will always be in complete control of the process. If there is something you don't want to do, we will not do it.
What sensations will I feel?
This is different for everyone. You can expect to engage your senses and awareness in ways that you may not do everyday. Some people in altered states experience nothing, some have vivid visuals, some hear sounds and music, some smell different scents which allow you to access thoughts, memories, and emotions you may have known existed but did not give space or time to listen to in your everyday life. As we explore a thought or emotion you will notice that those thoughts or images get more noticeable and you will have a safe space to explore what your unconscious mind is revealing to you.

Some clients feel it is helpful to come once a week or once every other week. Other clients come every few weeks or just when they need assistance. It is dependant on the clients and how much space is needed for integration between sessions.

Side effects have been reported as shifts in thought patterns, alleviation of habitual negative emotions or negative self talk. The ability to access more joy, space and presence in one's life.
How long will the effects last?
